Sewage Treatment Systems
Sewage Treatment Plant Manufacturer
Sewage treatment systems are designed around the wastewater flow, organic load, available footprint and the required treated-water route for residential, commercial and industrial sites.

What a sewage treatment plant handles
The plant receives wastewater from domestic buildings, residential communities or industrial facilities where the stream has characteristics suitable for biological treatment.
Treatment removes coarse material and separable solids, reduces the biodegradable load and prepares the treated water for an approved reuse or disposal route. Separated sludge is collected for further handling rather than being carried forward with the water.
How the process works
- Inlet screening removes rags, plastics and coarse debris.
- Grit removal protects pumps and downstream equipment from sand and heavy particles.
- Primary settlement separates solids that can be removed before biological treatment.
- Aeration supplies oxygen and mixing so microorganisms can reduce the organic load.
- Secondary settlement or membrane separation removes biological solids from the treated water.
- Disinfection or final polishing is added when required for the intended use.
- Sludge is thickened and prepared for the selected disposal or further treatment method.
Compact and packaged STP options
Compact systems organise biological treatment, clarification and associated equipment within a smaller site area. They may use prefabricated tanks, civil structures or a combination of both.
The arrangement is selected around access, installation conditions, hydraulic flow, maintenance space and future operating requirements.
Common process technologies
- Extended aeration
- Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR)
- Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR)
- Submerged Aeration Fixed Film (SAFF)
- Membrane Bioreactor (MBR)
- Fluidized Aerobic Bioreactor (FAB)
Treated-water applications described
Where the treatment and disinfection level is suitable, treated sewage may be considered for non-potable uses such as landscaping, horticulture, construction activities, cooling or other site requirements. The actual reuse route must be defined before the plant is designed.
Manufacturing and delivery scope
- Process and hydraulic design
- Equipment and tank fabrication
- Pumps, blowers, piping and control integration
- Site installation and commissioning
- Operating guidance and maintenance planning
- Testing, monitoring and corrective recommendations
